Itinerary

Here’s a program you won’t find anywhere else because we’re moving away from the clichés of mass tourism to help you discover hidden little paradises

Welcome at Paris-CDG airport and VIP transfer to your hotel.

Early checking.

Relaxing morning in your hotel (spa and swimming pool).

Lunch on you own. We recommend the hotel’s restaurant. We book for you.

Departure to Montmartre: Visit the Basilica of the Sacred Heart for a panoramic view of the city, then explore the artistic streets of Montmartre. “Place du Tertre”: Watch the street artists and enjoy a coffee.

Dinner of your choice. We recommend this “bib Michelin” restaurant “le Pantruche”.  “Pantruche”, it’s Paris in slang… A fitting name for this bistro with a retro-chic decor, which happily cultivates the lively and mischievous atmosphere of the 1940s-1950s. On the palate, the chef and his small team concoct beautifully executed seasonal dishes, right in line with the bistronomic trend. An example? The Grand Marnier soufflé, creamy and light, worthy of a grand dining experience. From the sidewalk, this place may seem like any other: don’t miss out! We book for you.

HOTEL LE BALLU – 4**** (superior room). Hôtel Le Ballu is a chic and elegant four-star hotel located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, close to the vibrant Montmartre district and the iconic Opéra Garnier. The hotel combines modern comfort with historical charm, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere.

Features and Services

Unique Design: The hotel stands out with its Art Deco design, featuring refined interiors and custom-made furniture that create a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Rooms and Suites: Spacious and luxurious, the rooms and suites offer high-end amenities such as king-size beds, marble bathrooms, and private balconies in some rooms.

Restaurant and Bar: The hotel’s restaurant serves contemporary French cuisine, crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The bar is an ideal spot to unwind with a cocktail or a glass of wine.

Wellness Facilities: Le Ballu also boasts a spa, an indoor pool, and a fitness room, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring Paris.

Prime Location: Situated in a lively yet peaceful neighborhood, the hotel provides easy access to major tourist attractions, luxury shops, and numerous Parisian cafes and restaurants.

Guest Experience

Guests at Hôtel Le Ballu particularly appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of service. The staff is known for being welcoming and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.

Breakfast.

VIP guided tour to discover the headlights of Paris.  Climb to the Eiffel Tower.

Lunch at 20 Eiffel: We recommend this Michelin bib restaurant located near the Eiffel Tower. We book for you.

In a residential street just steps away from the Eiffel Tower, this restaurant welcomes you in a simple and bright setting. On the plate, you’ll find traditional cuisine, with a touch of more contemporary recipes. Today, a generous deer terrine, and a classic “Mont-Blanc” made according to tradition. Even though the sweet soufflé still holds its position as the signature dessert here… almost.

Continuation of the discovery of Paris with your guide.

Return to your hotel.

For the dinner, we recommend the restaurant Le comptoir Canailles. A small typical Parisian restaurant with a nice current typical French cuisine. We book for you.

Overnight at the hotel Le Ballu.

Breakfast.

Personal Shopping Experience: Start with a private shopping session at flagship stores on Avenue Montaigne and Rue Saint-Honoré, with personal stylists at Dior, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. At the request of the travelers, we can direct the shopping on more “banked” shops by highlighting the young creators.

Visit Yves Saint Laurent Muséum. On October 3, 2017, more than fifteen years after the closure of the haute couture house, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum Paris opened. It occupies the historic mansion at 5 Avenue Marceau, where Yves Saint Laurent’s creations were born for nearly 30 years, from 1974 to 2002. Covering over 450 m², thematic temporary exhibitions showcase the richness of the unique heritage preserved by the Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent Foundation, the genius of the couturier, and the creative process of designing a haute couture collection.

We recommend lunch at the restaurant Chez Savy. Traditional brasserie. Traditional cuisine served in a restaurant with white tablecloths and a retro and Art Deco style dating back to 1923. We book for you.

Option: Private Fashion Show*: Attend an exclusive private fashion show organized by a top Parisian fashion house, showcasing their latest collection in an intimate setting (*subject to availability/see dates and prices below).

We recommend a dinner to restaurant « La Méditerranée ».  In this restaurant facing the Odéon Theatre, frescoes evoke the Mediterranean, and the seafood cuisine sings with the flavors of the South. Special attention is given to the selection of products, as seen in the house specialties: bouillabaisse, sea bass carpaccio, honey-glazed sea bream… We book for you.

Overnight at the hotel Le Ballu.

Breakfast.

Discover “Le Marais”: Stroll through this historic neighborhood with its trendy shops, galleries, and cafes. Visit the the Carnavalet Museum. This museum is dedicated to the history of Paris. It features artifacts, paintings, and reconstructions of historic interiors, showcasing the city’s rich past from its origins to the present day. Highlights include items from the French Revolution and Parisian memorabilia.

We go through “Place des Vosges”: Take a break in one of the most beautiful squares in Paris.

For Lunch, we recommend “Dessance” restaurant (vegetarian). Nestled within a former private mansion in the Marais, this restaurant is led by an Argentinian chef who creates inspired seasonal cuisine. Two tasting menus are offered: one focused on land and sea flavors, and the other vegetarian. Some examples? A reinvented shrimp croque-monsieur; foie gras, smoked eel, and mushrooms; pollock with celeriac and wasabi. The wine list features a selection of biodynamic and natural wines. The elegant setting, reminiscent of a winter garden with its high ceilings, is a delightful place that is full of charm and style. We book for you.

Visit le Louvre.  It is the world’s largest art museum and a historic monument. It houses a vast collection of artworks, including the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, and thousands of other pieces spanning from ancient civilizations to the 19th century. The museum is situated in the former royal palace on the Right Bank of the Seine and is known for its iconic glass pyramid entrance.

For the dinner, we recommend the restaurant “Le tout-Paris”. Nestled on the 7th floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris Hotel & Dior Spa Cheval Blanc Paris, Le Tout-Paris lives up to its name with stunning views over the Seine and the Left Bank. Its terrace offers a panoramic view from Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tower, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner above the city. The contemporary decor by Peter Marino is infused with the authentic spirit of old Art Deco bistros. In the kitchen, Chef Arnaud Donckele elevates the finest French ingredients. We book for you.

Overnight at the hotel Le Ballu.

Breakfast.

The Macarons Class (2h30): Originating in the 16th century and greatly admired by Queen Catherine de Medici, macarons saw their glory days in royal extravagance. Over the centuries, their popularity waned until recently, in the early 21st century, when a pastry chef, Pierre Hermé, revived their trendiness with creativity and skill.

Today, macarons represent an emblem of French patisserie, evolving with seasons, flavors, and colors, showcasing various delightful facets of our culture! During the class, you’ll don the role of a pastry chef, creating your personalized macarons with your favorite colors and flavors from start to finish!

Transfer for a cheese & wine tasting. Do you love wine and cheese? Here is an extraordinary wine and cheese tasting experience, featuring wines from different regions of France paired with exceptional cheeses. This Wine and Cheese Lunch has become a must-do for food and wine enthusiasts visiting Paris.

This fun and informative lunch includes five different wines from regions such as Champagne, Bordeaux, Loire, and Beaujolais. You’ll learn about the wines, how they are made, how to read French wine labels, and the art of wine and cheese pairing. The generous servings and expert guidance from the sommelier make this a memorable and indulgent experience.

We explore chic Paris between the streets of the Opéra, Madeleine Church, and Place Vendôme. The facades are adorned with gold and intricate details, luxury shops abound, and palaces line the streets. This neighborhood is also home to fine French cuisine, making it the ideal place for a gastronomic shopping in its purest and most exquisite form.

Prestigious delicatessens and renowned food stores will dazzle you. Each has a tasting area, offering a sophisticated, meticulous, and elegant culinary journey.

Fauchon: Caterer, grocer, chocolatier, baker, and pastry chef, symbolizing luxury gastronomy (special mention to the Opéra, an iconic Parisian cake).

Hédiard: A luxurious house that immerses you in distant and exotic flavors.

Caviar Kaspia: The emblem of this expensive and famous delicacy.

Mariage Frères: The luxury tea brand.

Ladurée: The house of exceptional macarons where subtlety and precision know no bounds.

Maille: The retro-chic boutique offering all kinds of high-quality condiments, vinegars, and mustards.

La Maison de la Truffe: The temple of this exceptional product, available in all its forms.

These esteemed institutions embody the refined and subtle art of French gastronomic savoir-faire like nowhere else.

VIP transfer for a Private Seine River Cruise with dinner at the private houseboat Don Juan II.  Moored at the foot of the Debilly footbridge, on the right bank and facing the Eiffel Tower, a magnificent Art Deco yacht, the Don Juan II, decorated with sumptuous woodwork and covered with thick carpet, awaits you. Embark on a 2.5-hour sightseeing and gourmet cruise under the guidance of an exceptional captain, Frédéric Anton! The chef from Pré Catelan restaurant has selected some of his signature creations (crab with a hint of curry, langoustine in ravioli, warm chocolate soufflé) to delight his passengers. As you cruise along the Seine, the most beautiful monuments of the City of Light unfold before your eyes, with commentary provided by the crew, during this luxurious journey…
