MAYBOURNE RIVIERA Hotel 5***** (panoramic see view suite). The Maybourne Riviera (considered among 50 best hotels in the world) stands as a stunning design masterpiece on the cliffs of the French Riviera, offering views of Monaco and Menton. This 300-meter high villa contrasts the cozy London outposts of the Maybourne group with its modernist style, featuring clean lines and glass elements. Designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the hotel boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and minimalist interiors illuminated by the elegant light of the French Riviera. The spa, designed by André Fu, and other world-renowned studios contribute to its stylized, pastel-kissed look. We’ll start the day with a visit to the Cours Saleya Market, a vibrant and colorful outdoor market offering a wide variety of fresh products, flowers, and local specialties. We’ll stroll through the aisles where you’ll be tempted by the scents and flavors of Provence. Then, we’ll delve into the history of Old Nice, wandering through its picturesque alleys lined with pastel-colored buildings. We’ll admire the charming architecture and soak up the lively atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Lunch on your own during the tour (option to reserve a restaurant before the trip as there’s a risk of restaurants being fully booked on the day of your visit). We recommend the restaurant “chez Davia”. This charming establishment has been run by the same family since 1953. Initially imagined by Davia, the grandmother, it was taken over in 1985 by Alda, the mother, who is now retired. Since 2016, it’s been Pierre Altobelli, the third generation, who, after an impressive career in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Asia, prepares delicious Niçoise recipes. Everything here is carefully curated, with products chosen with great attention. Enjoy these dishes in a delightful retro bistro setting, preserved in its original state. An absolute favorite. For a full day, over 40 experts from the official BWT ALPINE F1 TEAM and WINFIELD TEAM are
exclusively focused on the participants. Fully immersed in the world of motorsport, our professional
staff will take them on a racing driver’s journey. During briefings, they learn driving and safety
rules, while tailored workshops will prepare their body and mind.
The initial driving experiences in a single-seater during the Formula 4 sessions mark the
outset of your day. Impressed by the first laps behind the wheel of the F4, the need for speed
is increasing. Now it’s time to drive the fastest car in the world!
The Formula 1 car awaits the driver, ready to go. The heartbeat is racing, and adrenaline
rushes through the body. During the track session, participants will experience emotions
and sensations, that, until now, had only been felt by Grand Prix drivers.

For dinner, we recommend the restaurant of the hotel “La table du Castellet”. The walls of this well-known luxury resort hide a particular definition of Provençal bliss. With a park overlooking the Var countryside, the Mediterranean on the horizon, pools, lavender beds, and superb southern cuisine, it’s a haven of serenity. Formerly the sous-chef of Christophe Bacquié, chef Fabien Ferré achieves a culinary masterpiece here. His sensitivity to Mediterranean products is that of an artist, reminiscent of Matisse who succumbed to the light of Provence. He crafts a high-level vegetal and marine symphony, exemplified by the carabinero prawn with Meyer lemon and coral velvet, or the marjoram squid. His perfectly mastered, minimalist dishes enhance the natural taste of the products, with memorable sauces like the aloe vera vinaigrette accompanying the mackerel fillet.
