Helambu Trek in Nepal: 9 Days Daywise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
- Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Rest and prepare for the trek. Enjoy the evening exploring Thamel, a vibrant tourist area.
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, Trek to Chisapani (2,165m)
- Drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal (1-hour drive).
- Begin the trek from Sundarijal, passing through Shivapuri National Park, lush forests, and small villages.
- Reach Chisapani (6-7 hours trek).
Day 3: Chisapani to Kutumsang (2,470m)
- Trek through beautiful landscapes, enjoying panoramic views of the Langtang and Jugal Himal ranges.
- Pass through small settlements like Pathi Bhanjyang and Gul Bhanjyang.
- Reach Kutumsang (6-7 hours trek).
Day 4: Kutumsang to Tharepati (3,510m)
- Continue the trek through rhododendron and fir forests.
- Ascend to Tharepati, a vantage point offering stunning mountain views.
- Overnight in Tharepati (6-7 hours trek).
Day 5: Tharepati to Tarkeghyang (2,600m)

Day 8: Drive from Melamchi Pul Bazaar to Kathmandu
- Drive back to Kathmandu, enjoying scenic views along the way (4-5 hours).

Day 9: Departure from Kathmandu
