Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
- Activities: Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu such as Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), and Boudhanath.

Day 3: Fly to Tumlingtar and Drive to Chichira (1,980m)
- Activities: Take a flight from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar. Drive to Chichira.

Day 4: Trek to Num (1,560m)
- Activities: Trek through lush forests and traditional villages.

- Activities: Descend steeply to the Arun River, then climb to Seduwa.
